                                 …the First Madam pulls the strings of the nation

                                    …the Dictator is gone of a non-natural cause

                                        …the unstable Son sets his sight becoming the supreme Leader

                                            …the Stand-In smells the power

But at the very least, the feisty First Madam is based on the scandalous, uncontrolled and excessive behaviour of a true plunderer.
